The Benefits Director is a key role responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and strategy of all benefit plans and the Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) for approximately 650 employees. 

The Economist of Commercial Real Estate will evaluate and monitor market conditions and trends. This role will require strong research and analytical abilities using economic and data science tools, excellent communication and organizational skills, and ownership of projects from start to finish.
