Talent and Career Transition Firm
In 2000, Career Management Partners (CMP) was founded with a simple but profound idea: we would provide the highest-touch, compassionate outplacement services possible. Staying true to the concept, it became our mandate, leading to loyal fans among companies and candidates who benefited from our high-touch support during job losses and career transitions.
Since 2014, Maryanne Piña and Joe Frodsham have led CMP creating a full-service firm supporting the full talent lifecycle through recruitment, assessment, coaching, leadership development, and outplacement services.
We listen deeply and tailor solutions around client needs and success.
We are courageous, caring, and challenge the status quo.
We respect others and do the right thing; karma is real.
We never take ourselves too seriously; arrogance kills.
We adapt, try new things, and always learn.
Our best solutions come from the head and the heart.
It is a team sport; we fail or succeed together.
CMP is proud to be recognized as a fast-growing, minority- and woman-owned company, and a leading provider of top-talent and transition solutions.
Maryanne is the CEO of CMP – a talent solutions firm providing executive search, coaching and transition solutions globally. In addition, leveraging CMP’s decades of research, Maryanne created Latino Career Assessment (LCA) which provides assessment and development solutions for Latino professionals.
